Q. Do I need to register as a member?
A. If you register as a member when using the HALCA official shop, you will be able to make purchases smoothly without having to enter your address and phone number each time.

Q. I want to change my member registration information
A. You can change it from your My Page.

Q. I forgot my password
A. If you enter the e-mail address you registered in "Reset your password", a password reset URL will be sent to your registered e-mail address. When you receive the email, please reset your password from the URL described in the email.

Q. I want to withdraw
A. If you wish to withdraw from membership, please contact us from this inquiry form .




About your order

Q. Can I change or cancel the ordered product?
A. If you wish to change or cancel your order after placing it, please contact us using this inquiry form .
Please note that we cannot change or cancel an order that has been processed for shipping. Depending on the congestion situation, shipping arrangements are made from 1 to 4 business days before the scheduled delivery date.
Also, please note that we cannot cancel orders on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as the inquiry service is closed.

Q. Can I specify the time zone?
A. You cannot specify the time when placing an order. After shipment, we will inform you of the inquiry number of the shipping company, so please change it yourself.

Q. Do you charge for shipping?
A. We offer free shipping anywhere in Japan.

Q. Please tell me the type of payment method.
A. We offer credit card payment (lump-sum payment), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, LINE Pay, au Pay, and Paidy (pay later).

Q. Please tell me the types of credit cards that can be used
A. We accept the following credit cards.

Q. I'm worried about entering my card information
A. The HALCA official shop uses SSL, and the information sent by customers is encrypted and protected by SSL. We do not store credit card numbers or expiration dates.

Q. I haven't received a confirmation email after ordering.
A. A "shipment completion email" will be sent to your registered email address after the shipment is complete. If you cannot confirm the reception, please check the environment of the reception setting. Please set "@huit-labo.co.jp" as the destination address for emails from the HALCA official shop.
In addition, even if you do not receive an order confirmation email, if the ordered product is reflected in My Account, the acceptance has been completed normally. If you cannot confirm this, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please order again.

Q. Is it possible to ship overseas?
A. Sorry. Products from the HALCA official shop are only delivered within Japan. Please note.

Q. Can I return or exchange the product?

Q. Is it possible to issue a receipt?
A. "Receipts issued by transportation companies", "ATM usage records", "(bills) and (statements) issued by credit card companies" are legally recognized as receipts. I'm here. Therefore, please note that we do not issue receipts.

Q.Is gift wrapping possible?
A. Please note that gift wrapping is not supported at this stage.

Q. Do you handle online sales of Lisblanc cosmetics?
A. Sorry. Lisblanc Cosmetics recommends face-to-face sales through counseling, so mail-order sales are not available.



About the product
Q. Where are your products made?
A. Except for some products, they are manufactured at our own factory in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. The water, which is the raw material of our products, is directly pumped up from 200 meters below ground and used as the base for all our products.

Q.Does the product have an expiration date?
A. The Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act stipulates that "any product whose quality may change within three years under appropriate storage conditions must be labeled with an expiry date." The expiration date is not listed because it is manufactured under management and we have confirmed that the quality has been stable for more than 3 years. However, once opened, the quality may change due to contact with the outside air or hands, so we recommend that you use it up as soon as possible, about 3 months after opening. The lot number is printed on the outer box and the back of the pouch. The numbers represent the sell-by date, not the date of manufacture.

Q. Please tell me how to store
A. Please store in a room temperature place where there is little temperature change and is not exposed to direct sunlight. We recommend using up.

Q. Do you conduct animal testing?
A. We have never tested on animals. We will never conduct animal testing.
